Will our pitch have an electric hook up?All of our pitches at Cotswold View have 16 amp electric which is included in your pitch fee. Don't forget to pack your extension lead!

What time is check-in & check-out?Pitches Check-in: 12:30pm onwards. Check-out: Latest 12 noon on day of departure. Camping Pods Check-in: 2:00pm onwards. Check-out: Latest 12 noon on day of departure. There are no check-ins after 8pm. If you think you will be later than this time then please inform the office on 01608 810314 during office hours as you will not be able to gain entry to the site.

When will I receive my arrival details for self check-in?After your booking has been confirmed you will receive arrival details the day before check-in or if not sooner. If you think you have not received this then please check your spam inbox before calling the office. Your pitch number will be listed in your arrival information. Check-in: 12:30pm onwards although camping pods are from 2:00pm Check-out: Latest 12 noon on day of departure. There are no check ins after 9pm. If you think you will be later than this time you will not be able to gain entry to the site. Please ring to re-arrange your arrival during office hours.

Is it possible to request an early or late check-in/check-out?Due to our online booking system we are unable to guarantee you an early check-in/check-out time. You're more than welcome to ring or request in reception on the day of arrival/departure as it is at this point we are able to tell you if we can accommodate your request.

What’s the difference between a fully-serviced pitch and standard pitch?Full-serviced pitches are situated on hard standing and include 16 amp electric, water and a grey waste point. Standard pitches are situated on grass and include 16 amp electric.

Do you allow fire pits on site?Due to fire regulations the lighting of open fires is strictly prohibited as are log burners and Chinese lanterns. Barbecues and small fire pits may be utilised as long as they are raised above ground level, in a safe location, and are intended to be used for cooking.

Can we bring more than one car?We encourage one vehicle per pitch to reduce the number of cars on site, particularly in the school holidays as additional parking is limited. Your first car is included. A second car is an additional £4 per night. Overnight parking is not permitted in The Old Shed Car Park. Overnight guests that wish to bring an additional car must report to reception and a member of our team will point you in the direction of your nearest available car parking space to your pitch. We do encourage one car per pitch where possible. Please note: ‘Booking Extras’ added to your booking within 14 days of your arrival, on arrival, and during your stay will be considered as a ‘Booking Change’, and a £10.00 administration fee per pitch will apply on top of the ‘Extra’ you wish to add.

What will be in my standard or large Pod?Standard/Large Pod An insulated wooden hut designed to be used like a tent. Our PODs have the advantage of being set up, ready for use, on your arrival so bring all the camping gear, including bed & bedding, but forget about the tent. All include, 2 electric sockets and interior/exterior lighting. Outside the Pod you have your personal car parking space, picnic bench and a raised BBQ platform.

Can I have day visitors to our pitch?Day visitors are welcome to the site, however, we will refuse any day visitor request where we feel it will impact the enjoyment of other park guests or the smooth running of the business. Day visitors must be booked in by the person named on the main camping/accommodation booking before entering the park. The lead guest is responsible for their day visitors whilst on the park Day visitors are permitted onto the park between 10 am – 6 pm Any guests visiting the park in conjunction with a booking must be aware of the terms and conditions of that booking. Vehicles must be parked in The Old Shed Car Park. Day visitor’s vehicles must not be taken past the barrier without the express permission of management. Unauthorised visitors will be asked to leave the park; this could jeopardise your booking or future bookings and may not be covered by our public liability insurance in the case of an accident.

Can I bring a Gazebo/Event Shelter?A Gazebo/Event Shelter is an additional £5.00 per night and must not exceed 3m x 3m. Please select ‘Yes’ when asked about booking extras if you wish to bring a Gazebo/Event Shelter with you at the time of booking. We are unable to accept gazebos or event shelters larger than 3m x 3m. Please note: ‘Booking Extras’ added to your booking within 14 days of your arrival, on arrival, and during your stay will be considered as a ‘Booking Change’, and a £10.00 administration fee per pitch will apply on top of the ‘Extra’ you wish to add.

Can I arrange an online food delivery to the campsite?Food deliveries are permitted to guests staying on-site, but please make sure the delivery driver has clear directions so they know where to go when they arrive. We suggest that you meet your driver at reception and inquire if it is possible for the van to proceed to your pitch for drop off.
