​Terms and Conditions - Disc Golf Course

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors who use the disc golf facilities at Cotswold View Holiday Park. By entering the course, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions in full.

1. Course Access

The disc golf course is available during published opening hours. All players must hold a valid day pass or season pass before entering the course. Children under sixteen must be supervised by a responsible adult. Entry to the course is at your own risk, and players are expected to follow all course access rules.

2. Behaviour and Conduct

Visitors are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner at all times. Dangerous, abusive, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund. Alcohol may be consumed only in designated areas and must not impair safe play. Dogs must remain under close control, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them. 3. Hire Discs and Deposit Scheme

Hire discs are available subject to a refundable deposit. The deposit is returned when all discs are presented in good condition with the original receipt. Lost or damaged discs, including those damaged by dogs, may result in partial or full loss of the deposit. Cotswold View reserves the right to refuse hire if discs are unavailable or if misuse is suspected.

4. Safety Requirements

Players must ensure that the fairway ahead is completely clear before throwing. Climbing trees, fences, or structures to retrieve discs is not permitted. Any hazards or damaged equipment should be reported to staff immediately. Cotswold View accepts no liability for injuries caused by misuse of the course or failure to follow safety instructions. 5. Course Layout and Signage

Players must follow the marked tee pads and fairways for the Yellow, White, and Blue courses. Areas marked No Entry or Restricted Access must not be entered. Temporary closures may occur for maintenance, events, or adverse weather conditions.

6. Liability and Responsibility

Players are responsible for their own equipment and personal belongings. Cotswold View is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Visitors are responsible for any damage they cause to course infrastructure, signage, or other property.

7. Weather and Ground Conditions

Ground conditions may be slippery or uneven during wet or frosty weather. Play is suspended during lightning, high winds, or any other unsafe conditions. Refunds are not issued due to weather unless the course is formally closed.

8. Photography and Media

Cotswold View may capture photographs or video for promotional use. Visitors who do not wish to appear in media content should inform staff before playing.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Green fees are non refundable once play has begun. Refunds for advance bookings may be issued at the discretion of management. Deposit refunds require the original receipt and the return of all hired discs.

10. Amendments to Terms

Cotswold View reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will be available on the website or upon request.

Cotswold View Disc Golf – Annual Membership Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all individuals who hold an Annual Membership for Cotswold View Disc Golf. By purchasing or renewing a membership, you agree to comply with these Membership Terms and the full Course Terms and Conditions.

1. Membership Benefits

Annual Members receive:

• Unlimited access to the disc golf course during published opening hours

• Access to member‑only tee times

• Use of all three course layouts (Yellow, White, and Blue)

• Access to member‑only updates and course information

Membership benefits may be updated from time to time.

2. Tee Time Booking (UDisc)

All Annual Members must book their tee times through UDisc.

• Members may reserve tee times up to 30 days in advance

• Members may hold a maximum of five active bookings at any one time

• Tee times must be cancelled promptly if no longer required

• Failure to book through UDisc may result in refusal of play during busy periods

3. Membership Use and Identification

• Members must check in at The Old Shed on each visit.

• Members may be asked to present their membership card or confirmation email.

• Memberships are non transferable and may only be used by the named individual.

• Misuse of a membership may result in suspension or cancellation without refund.

4. Guests and Non Members

• Members may bring guests, but all guests must pay the standard day pass fee.

• Members are responsible for ensuring their guests follow all course rules.

• Memberships may not be shared to avoid guest fees.

5. Hire Discs and Equipment

• Hire discs are not included in the membership.

• Standard hire fees and the refundable deposit apply.

• Lost or damaged hire discs, including dog‑related damage, may result in loss of deposit.

6. Behaviour and Conduct

Members must follow all general course rules, including:

• Course access rules

• Respectful conduct rules

• Safety requirements

Failure to comply may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.

7. Payments, Renewals, and Refunds

• Membership fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase or renewal.

• Memberships are valid for twelve months from the date of activation.

• Memberships are non refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management.

• Memberships cannot be paused, transferred, or extended.
