Seasonal Pitch Process
Our seasonal pitches are very popular and we operate a simple, fair, and transparent process to manage demand. Below is an outline of how our waiting list works and how pitches are allocated each year.
Priority for Returning Seasonal Guests
Existing seasonal pitch holders are always given first refusal for the following season. Most of our guests choose to return, which means only a very small number of pitches become available each year.
When a Pitch Becomes Available
If a current seasonal guest decides not to return, their pitch is offered to the next suitable person on our waiting list. Because availability is limited, joining the waiting list does not guarantee a pitch — but it ensures you will be contacted if one becomes free.
Priority for Regular Touring Guests
We give additional priority to guests who have stayed with us five times or more as touring visitors. These guests have experienced the site in different seasons and know that Cotswold View is the right fit for what they want from a seasonal pitch. This helps ensure long‑term satisfaction for everyone.

When You Will Hear From Us
If a pitch becomes available, we will reach out to the next eligible person on the list in late autumn, once existing seasonal guests have confirmed their plans for the following year.
Securing Your Seasonal Pitch
A pitch is only officially yours once:

You have signed a seasonal agreement, and
-
We have received your seasonal pitch deposit.
Until the deposit is paid, the pitch is not confirmed and may be offered to the next person on the list.
