Latest information about Coronavirus and how it might affect your break.
Cotswold View Caravan and Camping Park will not be opening on 1st April and will remain closed until further notice.
Our priority is to keep you and your family safe and well, along with our staff.
Given the latest government guidance and the continued escalation of the virus it is clear the time has now come to keep our site closed.
We ask that you only call us if you need to. We will be working through bookings in holiday start order and we will get to you as soon as we possibly can. We apologise in advance for delays in our usual response times, but rest assured we will be working hard during this difficult time and we are here to help.
We will continue to follow government advice and issue further updates as the situation becomes clearer to keep you informed.
I have a booking in April or May – what happens next?
If you have a booking with us in April or May please do not travel. There is no need to call us. We will contact you to rearrange your booking for later in the year or to offer you a full refund. We hope you will choose to come and stay with us at a later date when the government guidance permits although we understand this won’t be possible for everyone.
If you have a Seasonal Booking, there is no need to call. We will be in contact with you shortly.
If I have a booking from June onwards?
All bookings from June onwards can be amended to any available date in 2020, without incurring a charge and there is no limit to how many times you can change it. Cancelled bookings will be subject to our standard cancellation policy which was sent with your confirmation or can be found here: www.cotswoldview.co.uk/booking
Can I still make a booking?
We are only taking new online bookings after 1st June at present until we have a clearer picture of the potential Coronavirus implications. You will be able to move your booking to any available date in 2020, without incurring a charge and there is no limit to how many times you can change it. Cancelled bookings will be subject to our standard cancellation policy.
Although we planned to change our operations to facilitate social distancing, closing our facility blocks and social areas, increasing distances between pitches and providing a contactless check-in, we realise the decision to remain closed will be disappointing however we hope you can appreciate our desire to keep you and your family safe and well in these testing times. We are looking forward to the day when we can invite you safely back to Cotswold View to enjoy time with family and friends in our beautiful surroundings. Until then the NHS website is the best source of information about coronavirus and what you can do to prevent its spread. Please stay updated.
Thank you, stay safe and our best wishes to you all.
