About the Role
We are looking for a part time receptionist to join our team at Cotswold View Caravan and Camping Park. You will be the face of the business, being one of the first and last team members to interact with our guests at the beginning, during and the end of their holiday. This is a customer-facing role so you need to be confident, presentable and have a can-do attitude. Most of all, you must possess an ability to work independently, display confidence in dealing with the public and have a passion for delivering exceptional and consistent customer service.
To meet and greet holiday guests as the first point of contact for the park.
Be ready to share your knowledge and experience on all Park activities, facilities, local services, and attractions to help our guests make the most of their time in the Cotswolds.
Our reception also serves as our on-site shop, which stocks all of the camping essentials such as milk, bread, beer, and more. You will be in charge of taking card and cash payments as well as keeping the shop stocked at all times. The campsite reception is also the main hub for our Disc Golf Course.
To understand and effectively use the booking and park management systems, as well as the retail EPOS system.
Ensuring reception is clean and presentable at all times.
As this role requires the sale of alcohol, you must be 18 years or older.
About the Company
Banbury Hill Farm is a family run business based in the Cotswolds. What was once a working farm has now been fully diversified and dedicated to tourism. We first opened our doors to the public 35 years ago and since then, the business has grown and developed into the extensive tourist attraction which welcomes around 100,000 people per annum and employs a team of 30 full/part time staff. Although the business is run as one, there are three key areas to the business; Banbury Hill Farm B&B & Holiday Cottages, Cotswold View Caravan and Camping Park and The Old Shed Café.
